Are the earring posts nickel free?

Yes, the earring backs and components used to make these earrings are nickel free and hypoallergenic. Clay pieces are made with sterling silver and any gold findings are 18K gold filled.

Is every pair of earrings handmade?

Yes, every pair is handmade with polymer clay. I design, bake, drill holes, sand, and piece together each individual pair. Each pair requires hours of intricate work.

Are the earrings heavy?

They are NOT heavy at all. Polymer clay is a form of plastic and is very light.

What if I break my earrings?

Please reach out via email, anotherstorydesigns@gmail.com, and your earrings will be replaced free of charge.

Please give 5 business days at most for shipping. Made to order earrings can take up to two weeks. If earrings are preorder or made to order, the earring description will specify.

Returns:

If for some reason your product is damaged, please email anotherstorydesigns@gmail.com with your order number. A refund or a replacement will be issued within 30 days of your purchase.
